RFQ & Quotation Operations Coordinator

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Each day, you’ll be the first touchpoint for incoming RFQs—opening the door for accurate, timely quotations. You’ll assemble documentation, coordinate with teammates across Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, and Sales, and build the initial quote package that sets the pace for winning work. You’ll partner closely with the Quote Team Manager to keep everything organized and on time.

• Screen and interpret RFQs, drawings, specifications, and customer-supplied documents
• Organize and route quote requests for internal review and prioritization
• Create initial quote packages and enter data into ERP and spreadsheets
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to complete quotations
• Track statuses and maintain orderly quote records and logs
• Support revisions, updates, and follow-ups through to submission
• Communicate timelines and requirements professionally with internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative and quoting support to the Quote Team Manager
• Verify accuracy and completeness of all documentation before release

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Background in administration, customer service, manufacturing, or quoting is a plus
• Meticulous, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear, professional written and verbal communicator
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
• ERP experience preferred
• Collaborative team player

• Environment: Office-based with regular interaction with production and warehouse areas
• Physical demands: Occasional walking, standing, and warehouse site visits
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for extended hours as needed
• Location & travel: Onsite in Milford, CT; occasional travel for supplier visits, conferences, and inter-facility coordination
