Work Essentials:

Master the setup and running of CNC machinery, led by detailed documentation and drawings. Fulfill the manufacturing process requirements, ensuring quality at every step before entering the inspection phase. Uphold our production standards, maintaining fluid levels and clean equipment as part of your daily routine. Feedback mechanism—keep your supervisors posted on all developing concerns. Diversify tasks by engaging in non-CNC operations as needed, showcasing your versatility. Champion lean manufacturing and efficiency improvements, contributing ideas to our 6S team leaders. Master our E2 management tool, ensuring job data is precise and up to date. Welcome a range of tasks beyond your usual remit when necessary.

Required Experience:

• 5 years in relevant CNC machine roles, reflecting depth of hands-on experience.

Licenses Needed:

• A valid driver's license is essential.

Physical Demands:
