Alinabal is a leading precision manufacturer serving industries where reliability isn’t optional—it's everything. We’re looking for a skilled Estimator to join our Engineering department and help bridge the gap between complex customer requirements and real-world manufacturing execution.
This isn’t just about quoting parts—it’s about influencing outcomes. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to develop cost estimates that win new work, support long-term customer programs, and ensure our production teams are set up for success. Your ability to analyze prints, assess materials and labor, and contribute to cross-functional solutions will make a direct impact on how we operate—and grow.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and production processes
- Analyze technical drawings and customer requirements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations to align cost with capability
- Maintain and refine internal cost databases
- Support both new quoting efforts and cost updates on existing programs
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to process improvement
- 2 years of experience in estimating within a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, specs, and manufacturing methods
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and cross-functional communication
- Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative settings
- Associate’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business preferred
