What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound client calls and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing concerns, coverage changes, claims support, and general account servicing
- Problem-solve and help clients feel supported and taken care of
- Follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and requests
- Support the agency with renewals, retention, and daily operations
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients through trust and communication
