This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. This offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.
Compensation $20.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, and weekends
- Create memorable experiences with a warm, welcoming personality that can relate to guests and associates
- Previous experience passionately providing service to others and providing administrative support in a team oriented environment, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- General knowledge of the Napa Valley, and all it has to offer desired.
