The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.
Salary Range: $80,000 - 90,000. This is the pay range for this position at Alila Ventana Big Sur reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education

Qualifications
- Schedule flexibility is required.
- Ideal applicant should have strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people
- 2 years of F&B management experience
