Key Responsibilities
- Execute complex recipes and manage high-volume production stations
- Maintain impeccable food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Support team leadership and step in for supervision when needed
- Prep and cook proteins, sauces, and composed dishes with accuracy
- Note: All culinary team members may be assigned to support any of our resort’s food & beverage outlets based on business needs, including the main restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner service), in-room dining, poolside service, and banquet events.

Qualifications
- Experience of 2 years on a sauté & grill station, at a fine dining restaurant or luxury resort.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and work under pressure
- Culinary degree preferred; strong communication a must
