Requirements

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resources to support the validation of newly developed payments capabilities for a digital banking platform. The role will focus primarily on Real-Time Payments (RTP) and Cross-Border Payments, ensuring the solutions meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
  

• Translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
  

• Identify and prepare appropriate test data sets based on testing needs and scenarios.
  

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business processes and system functionality.
  

• Analyze test results, document issues, and collaborate with development and product teams for timely defect resolution.
  

• Verify that business requirements have been correctly implemented and are functioning as expected.
  

• Communicate and coordinate testing activities with downstream or integrated systems' teams.
  

• Provide test status reports, summaries, and metrics to stakeholders and project leadership.
  

Required Skills & Tools:

• Experience in UAT testing within the banking or financial services industry, specifically related to payments systems.
  

• Strong understanding of Real-Time Payments (RTP) and Cross-Border Payments processes.
  

• Proficiency with test management and collaboration tools such as:
  

  • JIRA – for issue and task tracking
    

  • Figma – for UI/UX validation and requirement understanding
    

  • ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) – for test case management
    

  • SharePoint & Confluence – for documentation and collaboration
    

  • MS Excel – for data analysis, test planning, and reporting
    

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a digital banking environment.
  

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
