We are seeking an Organizational Development / Competency Specialist to design and implement a competency framework that supports performance, leadership growth, and workforce alignment.
You will play a critical role in shaping how the organization defines success, develops talent, and prepares for future challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise competency models across job families
- Align competencies with organizational goals and values
- Support performance management framework design
- Create tools for competency assessment and development
- Partner with training teams to align learning programs
- Facilitate workshops with leaders and subject matter experts
- Support change initiatives and organizational redesign efforts
- Provide guidance on talent development strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, or related field
- 7 years of experience in OD, talent management, or HR strategy
- Experience building competency frameworks
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or OD certification
- Experience in large or complex organizations
- Knowledge of leadership development models
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
