This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, fluency in Italian, and a professional-grade home setup.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality Italian voice samples based on provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated Italian speech
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, flow, and natural delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• Fluent in Italian — native or near-native proficiency
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a related field
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, professional-grade recording environment
• Able to deliver clear, expressive, and engaging recordings consistently
• Attentive to the nuances of pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity
• No prior AI or tech experience required
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in broadcast, animation dubbing, e-learning narration, or commercial voice-over
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Knowledge of regional Italian dialects or accent variation
• Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
