- Review career-related questions from professionals at different stages of their careers
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within talent acquisition and recruiting
- Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
- Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, or Staffing
- Strong understanding of hiring processes, candidate evaluation, interviewing, and labor market trends
- Experience advising candidates and hiring managers with practical, actionable guidance
- Excellent written communication skills — you can explain complex career dynamics clearly
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision
- No prior AI experience required
- Agency or executive search experience within the Atlanta or Southeast market
- Corporate talent acquisition background in technology, logistics, healthcare, or financial services
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines or seniority levels
- Familiarity with AI tools, HR tech platforms, or digital evaluation workflows
- Help shape how AI systems provide career guidance to professionals around the world
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
- Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work
