- Review career-related questions from professionals at different stages in their project management careers
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within your field
- Design objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete AI-generated recommendations
- Contribute real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching systems
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Experienced Project Manager with a strong grasp of how the PM profession works across industries
- Deep understanding of career progression, hiring practices, and professional development in project management
- Experience mentoring, managing, interviewing, or advising other professionals is highly valued
- Strong written communicator — you can give clear, practical advice that people can actually act on
- Self-motivated and reliable when working without direct oversight
- No prior AI or tech experience required
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications
- Experience with tech industry or startup project environments
- Leadership, people management, or team-building experience
- Coaching, mentoring, or career advisory background
- Familiarity with the Austin or Texas tech job market for PM roles
- Help define how AI systems deliver career guidance to project management professionals
