This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a trained voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do

• Record professional-grade German voice audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, tonal consistency, and emotional authenticity
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review and suggest script adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
• Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
• Owner of a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Keenly attuned to nuance — you notice subtle differences in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
• No prior AI or tech experience required

• Experience across multiple German-language genres — commercial, narrative, character, documentary
• Familiarity with audio editing software or DAW environments
• Awareness of regional German dialect and accent variations
