What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Learning Engineer position at Alignerr?
Machine Learning Engineer (AI Data Trainer)
About The Role
What if your machine learning expertise could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems reason, plan, and solve problems?
We're looking for Machine Learning Engineers to help build the training data that teaches AI to think like a seasoned expert. You'll document how intelligent systems should reason through complex technical challenges — capturing the logic, strategy, and decision-making that separates reliable AI from unreliable guesswork.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. If you have deep technical knowledge and a gift for breaking down complex thinking into clear, structured steps, this work was made for you.
