- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to modern ES6 standards
- Write high-quality JavaScript solutions across a range of difficulty levels — from everyday utility functions to complex async logic
- Identify bugs, edge cases, and failure modes in AI-generated web and backend code
- Craft clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving approaches
- Provide structured, detailed feedback that helps AI models produce better, more reliable code
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
- Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts — async/await, closures, prototypal inheritance, DOM manipulation, and more
- 3 years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue
- Strong instincts for clean, readable, maintainable code — you know the difference between code that works and code that's well written
- Naturally detail-oriented with a methodical approach to evaluating quality
- Able to articulate technical reasoning clearly in writing
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but demonstrated experience matters most
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training workflows
- Familiarity with TypeScript or modern JavaScript toolchains (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, etc.)
- Background in code review, technical writing, or software quality assurance
- Experience working across both frontend and backend JavaScript environments
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and AI teams
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
