- Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to ES6 standards
- Identify bugs, anti-patterns, and suboptimal logic in AI-generated frontend code and provide optimized alternatives
- Solve complex UI/UX challenges to test how well AI handles responsive and interactive elements
- Assess DOM manipulation efficiency and real-world usability of AI-produced scripts
- Write clear, human-readable documentation explaining state flow, event handling, and code logic
- Complete task-based assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Strong command of core JavaScript — async/await, closures, DOM manipulation, and the modern ES6 ecosystem
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with frameworks like React, Vue, or Node.js
- Sharp eye for code quality — you know what good looks like and can articulate why something falls short
- Clear and concise written communicator who can explain technical concepts to a range of audiences
- Self-motivated and consistent when working independently
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, but not required if your experience speaks for itself
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training or evaluation projects
- Background in code review, technical writing, or developer education
- Familiarity with frontend performance profiling and optimization tools
- Exposure to testing frameworks or software quality assurance workflows
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading AI research labs
