- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Review career-related questions from financial professionals at various stages of their careers
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within financial services
- Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
- Contribute real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Professional experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar role
- Strong understanding of financial services career paths, client management, and advisory practices
- Experience mentoring or coaching financial professionals
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
- Familiarity with the Texas or broader Southern US financial services market is a plus
- CFP, CFA, or similar professional credentials
- Wealth management or investment advisory experience
- Practice management experience
- Familiarity with AI tools or language evaluation workflows
- Help shape how AI systems provide career guidance to finance professionals
