- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, personal essays, satire, and more
- Assess writing quality across key dimensions: style, voice, coherence, tone, originality, and reader engagement
- Identify weaknesses such as clichés, unnatural phrasing, inconsistent characterization, or structural issues
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems produce more human, compelling prose
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
- A genuine love of reading and writing across a range of styles and genres
- Strong command of the English language with an intuitive sense of good prose
- Ability to evaluate writing quality critically and explain your reasoning clearly
- Comfortable working through substantial volumes of text with consistency
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
- No publishing credits, degrees, or prior AI experience required
- Background in creative writing, English literature, journalism, or editing
- Experience workshopping or critiquing fiction or non-fiction writing
- Familiarity with a wide range of literary genres and styles
- Experience with AI writing tools as an end user
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs
