- Review career-related questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their corporate communications careers
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within your field
- Create objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
- Identify inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations generated by AI systems
- Contribute your real-world industry knowledge to improve AI career coaching capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Professional experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Internal Communications, or Strategic Communications
- Strong understanding of communications career paths, stakeholder management, and messaging strategy
- Experience mentoring communications professionals is highly valued
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to provide practical, actionable, and realistic career advice
- No prior AI or tech experience required
- Public relations or media relations experience
- Executive communications experience, including supporting C-suite or senior leadership messaging
- Experience in energy, petrochemical, healthcare, or other industries prominent in the Houston market
- Background supporting large corporations or major Texas-based brands
- Help shape how AI systems provide career guidance to communications professionals nationwide
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
