This isn't a typical security role. Your hands-on knowledge of misconfigurations, IAM failures, and cloud incidents will directly shape how AI understands and responds to modern infrastructure threats.

- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Analyze cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify risks, misconfigurations, and failure patterns
- Review and evaluate IAM, networking, storage, and container security issues for real-world accuracy
- Classify security gaps and cloud-related failures based on their actual business and operational impact
- Validate and improve AI-generated security reasoning so it reflects how cloud incidents truly unfold
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps frontier AI models think like a seasoned cloud security professional
- 2 years of hands-on experience working with cloud environments in production
- Strong familiarity with cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security concepts
- Real-world experience with misconfigurations and security incidents — you've seen what actually goes wrong
- Able to clearly reason about blast radius, risk exposure, and downstream business impact
- Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on your own schedule
- Experience across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Background in cloud security architecture, penetration testing, or incident response
- Familiarity with frameworks like CIS Benchmarks, NIST, or CSA CCM
- Prior experience contributing to AI training, data labeling, or security research projects
- Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top research labs
