- Organization: Alignerr
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Design challenging, advanced chemistry problems to test and push the limits of AI reasoning
- Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, logical soundness, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry topics
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and provide structured, written feedback
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- No prior AI experience required — your chemistry expertise is what matters
- Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assessment workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models
- Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
