- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Develop and solve advanced chemistry problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Design complex, real-world problem statements that challenge and train AI reasoning capabilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated chemistry content for scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance
- Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of scientific rigor and precision
- Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on complex, technical tasks
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research or machine learning concepts
- Broad cross-disciplinary knowledge spanning multiple subfields of chemistry
- Experience writing or reviewing scientific literature or technical documentation
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and AI teams
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
