- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Design advanced biology problems and challenges to test AI reasoning capabilities
- Develop clear, rigorous, step-by-step solutions that serve as gold-standard references
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, logical consistency, and quality
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level biology topics
- Provide structured written feedback to guide AI model improvement
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment
- No prior AI experience required — your subject matter expertise is what matters
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work
- Background spanning multiple biology subfields (e.g., genetics, cell biology, physiology, ecology)
