- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, rigorous problem statements
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to sharpen AI reasoning in life sciences
- Ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and depth across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments entirely on your own schedule
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical work
- Exceptional written communication skills with sharp attention to scientific detail
- Fluent in English
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently without close supervision
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in experimental design, peer review, or scientific publishing
- Exposure to computational biology, systems biology, or related quantitative fields
- Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation platforms as an end user
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and AI teams
- Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
