- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related disciplines to design complex, high-quality problem statements
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific reasoning and outputs for accuracy, depth, and rigor
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen model performance
- Ensure scientific clarity, methodological soundness, and intellectual depth across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, etc.)
- Deep, working knowledge in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research, analysis, or problem-solving
- Exceptionally clear written communicator — you can explain complex science with precision and accessibility
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with strong standards for scientific quality
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Background in academic research, peer review, or scientific writing
- Experience designing exam questions, problem sets, or educational content in biology
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and AI teams
