- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 and industry best practices
- Design and develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts that challenge AI reasoning at its limits
- Write clear, human-readable explanations of backend logic, architectural decisions, and code quality judgements
- Identify edge cases, security vulnerabilities, and failure modes in AI-generated API logic
- Provide structured, expert-level feedback that directly informs how AI models learn to write better code
- Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI
- 3–5 years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
- Strong grasp of advanced Python language features, performance considerations, and software design principles
- Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and precisely
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment
- Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in API security, distributed systems, or data engineering
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and edge case analysis
- Work directly with leading AI research labs on some of the most technically demanding projects in the field
