- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Transcribe real-world ATC ↔ pilot audio recordings with precision
- Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and read-backs accurately
- Correctly capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology
- Complete task-based assignments on your own schedule
- Consistently meet quality and accuracy standards — this is critical to the project's success
- A pilot, student pilot, air traffic controller, or aviation professional
- An aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to and understands live ATC
- Deeply familiar with aviation radio phraseology and standard communication protocols
