- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Analyze realistic application security scenarios spanning code, APIs, and system behavior
- Classify and evaluate vulnerabilities including authentication flaws, injection risks, access control issues, and business logic weaknesses
- Assess secure coding practices and the quality of proposed remediation strategies
- Create and validate security-focused reasoning datasets that help AI systems accurately assess and prioritize application risk
- Distinguish genuine exploitability from theoretical or low-impact risk across diverse technical contexts
- 2 years of hands-on experience in application security, product security, or software security roles
- Strong familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and common vulnerabilities found in real production environments
- Able to evaluate risk with nuance — separating critical, exploitable issues from noise
- Clear, structured written communicator who can explain security reasoning concisely
- Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments
- Experience with secure code review, penetration testing, or bug bounty programs
- Familiarity with web frameworks, API security, or cloud-native architectures
- Background in writing security documentation, advisories, or training content
- Work directly on frontier AI systems alongside top research labs
