An AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Miami or Fort Lauderdale office.
This is a strong opportunity for a mid-level associate looking to work on a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a growing, collaborative national platform.
What You’ll Be Doing- Handling acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate
- Supporting real estate financing transactions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Working on joint ventures and development projects
- Managing key components of transactions from start to finish
- 3 years of transactional real estate experience
- Strong experience with leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
- Ability to manage deals and work directly with clients
- Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- JD active Florida bar admission required
- AmLaw 100 platform with a growing national real estate practice
- Broad deal exposure across multiple asset types and structures
- Strong opportunity for hands-on experience and growth

Estimated compensation: $210,000 – $290,000 depending on experience
