Job Summary:
Aligned Solutions is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst for well respected company. We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance our OneStream financial management system. This role focuses on improving financial reporting, planning, and analysis, while collaborating with both technical and business teams to optimize financial processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with OneStream, a strong understanding of financial systems, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
OneStream Support: Administer, configure, and maintain the OneStream platform, ensuring functionality and integration with other business systems.
System Enhancements: Identify opportunities to improve OneStream and develop enhancements to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close processes.
Collaboration: Partner with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure accurate financial data flow and system optimization.
Financial Reporting: Develop, automate, and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct system testing, resolve technical issues, and ensure data accuracy within OneStream.
Training and Documentation: Create user guides, training materials, and conduct sessions for finance and other teams to maximize OneStream usage.
Process Improvement: Analyze and streamline financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements within OneStream workflows.
System Integrations: Support integrations between OneStream and other enterprise systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless functionality.
User Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot user inquiries related to OneStream.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience working with OneStream.
Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting, and budgeting processes.
Experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting automation.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within OneStream.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
