What You'll Do
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
- Verify invoice approvals in accordance with company authorization policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Partner with internal departments and vendors to investigate billing and payment issues.
- Review expense reports for compliance with company reimbursement guidelines.
- Ensure prepaid expenses and accruals are coded appropriately.
- Prepare month-end accruals and support monthly close activities.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
- Assist with additional accounting and finance projects as business needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field from an accredited U.S. college or university, or currently completing your degree.
- Approximately one year of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
