Compensation:
- $70 per clinical hour (W‑2)
- $75 per clinical hour for every client after 15 sessions in a week
- Employer-covered payroll taxes

Responsibilities :
- Provide therapy to children, teens, and families
- Keep documentation timely and organized
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and providers
- Bring a warm, trauma-informed approach
What You Need
- Active NJ license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LAC/LSW with supervision
- Experience with children/adolescents
- Ability to work in-person in Manahawkin several days weekly
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills
