What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Aligned Hotel Management?
Finnegan's Pub located at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Tucson Airport, is looking for a PART-TIME line cook.
Finnegan's is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Candidates must have experience working all 3 meals.
Breakfast Shift hours are approximately 4:00am to 11:00am
Lunch/Dinner shifts can range from 11:00am to 11:30pm, depending on business; start / end times may vary each shift.
Schedules will include weekends and holidays.
The following is a very small snap-shot of the requirements; a full job description can be sent upon request.
- must know how to cook eggs in a variety ways;
- must be able to keep items on the breakfast buffet fresh and appetizing.
- must know how to cook all menu items to proper temperatures as requested by guests and/or according to recipes.
- must be able follow instructions per Chef direction and recipes. This will include plate presentation.
- professional behavior (inappropriate behavior and language will not be tolerated)
- must adhere to all food safety rules and protocols
- must adhere to all kitchen safety rules
- able to operate all kitchen equipment to include, grills, flattops, salamanders, ovens, slicers, mixers, etc.
- able to use a variety of kitchen utensils, appliances, pots and pans.
- must have a positive demeanor
- must be able work with a variety of personalities
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
