We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, making it essential for the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure proper floor care techniques are applied to maintain the quality of various flooring types.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hospitality industry practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and cleaning protocols is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and equipment is advantageous.
