Duties And Responsibilities
- Business Operations & Program Ownership
- Partner with the Director of Platform Operations to operationalize strategic initiatives across Platform Delivery.
- Take ownership of established programs, processes, and workflows once developed, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement.
- Support rollout and sustainment of new processes, tools, and operating rhythms across markets.
- Track and manage ongoing departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate across functions to ensure alignment and effective handoffs.
- Office Operations & Logistics
- Oversee day-to-day office operations across assigned markets, ensuring teams have the resources and support needed to operate effectively.
- Coordinate with facility teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage supplies, budgets, and onsite logistics.
- Support a range of office environments, including traditional office spaces and active construction site offices (e.g., jobsite trailers).
- Support logistics for leadership visits, client engagements, Board/investor meetings, and recruiting activities.
- Assist with new office setup and ongoing operational management as the organization expands into new markets.
- Serve as a point of contact for office-related needs and issue resolution.
- Administrative Support & Operational Execution
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Platform Delivery leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials.
- Anticipate leadership needs, proactively manage priorities, and ensure alignment across competing demands.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and supporting materials for leadership meetings, including internal reviews and executive-level discussions.
- Track action items and ensure follow-through across teams and initiatives.
- Support execution of critical documents and coordination across markets.
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings, offsites, and events aligned with business priorities.
- Onboarding & Team Experience
- Support onboarding for new Platform Delivery employees, ensuring a seamless transition from People & Culture into the business.
- Track onboarding progress, training completion, and early employee experience.
- Partner with leadership to continuously improve onboarding processes as the organization scales.
- Special Projects & Evolving Business Needs
- Support and lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve.
- Take on additional responsibilities and operational scope in support of Platform Delivery priorities.
- Assist in building, refining, and scaling processes, tools, and reporting structures.
- Contribute wherever needed to ensure team and organizational success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- 3 years of experience in operations, business operations, administrative support, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to own and run processes independently.
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on role that includes both administrative execution and operational ownership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams and levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required).
- Experience in business operations, program coordination, or internal operations within a growing organization.
- Exposure to construction, design, engineering, or data center environments, or ability to quickly learn industry terminology and workflows.
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting, dashboards, or Board-level materials.
- Strong Excel and/or data analysis skills; ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with process development, tracking tools, or operational reporting.
