We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Front Office Coordinator to join our busy Pain Management and Physical Medicine practice. Responsibilities
- Patient Check-In: Greet and check in patients efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Payment Processing: Collect and process patient payments, provide receipts, and maintain accurate documentation.
- EMR Data Entry: Enter and update patient demographic and insurance information accurately in eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Phreesia.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and their families.
- Insurance Knowledge: Verify insurance coverage, understand basic insurance processes, and assist patients with insurance-related questions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office setting.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable with exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems, preferably eClinicalWorks and Phreesia.
- Knowledge of insurance processes and procedures.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations (negotiable).
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift
- Possible 1 Saturday a month
