Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage recruiting efforts for a growing manufacturing company. This individual will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for both direct-hire and temporary staffing needs, supporting hourly and salaried positions across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Safety, Administration, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
- Recruit for hourly and salaried positions across manufacturing, plant operations, and corporate functions.
- Oversee both direct-hire recruiting and temporary staffing needs, partnering with external staffing agencies as needed.
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job postings, and recruiting platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Develop proactive recruiting strategies and talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and staffing performance.
Qualifications
- 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience recruiting both hourly and salaried manufacturing personnel.
- Strong understanding of direct-hire recruiting, temporary staffing, and staffing agency partnerships.
- Experience managing ATS platforms, job boards, and candidate sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Previous recruiting leadership or talent acquisition management experience preferred.
