Our client, a boutique estate planning and trust administration law firm based in San Rafael, CA, is seeking an efficient, detail-oriented and personable Administrative Assistant to provide in-office support for two attorneys.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and drafting skills
- High level of professionalism and work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and comfort working with client management software
- California Notary a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Serve as client concierge, including client intake, scheduling, and communication with prospective and current clients
- Provide executive assistant support to two attorneys
- Manage office operations, including supply ordering and restocking
- Perform receptionist duties, including greeting clients and handling mail
- Print final versions of legal documents
- Review, scan, assemble, and organize final client document packets
- Maintain the firm’s CRM systems (Clio Manage and Clio Grow)
- Maintain and organize electronic case files
