This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex injury cases into meaningful recoveries for clients.We're looking for a professional who approaches each case with care, urgency, and the mindset to take it all the way—ensuring every client receives exceptional representation from start to finish.What You Will DoLead settlement negotiations with insurance carriers and defense firms to maximize client recoveries.Review and analyze demand packages to identify key liability, damages, and case themes.Develop and execute negotiation strategies for high-value cases, including those involving significant policy limits.Communicate effectively with adjusters, defense counsel, and internal teams.Maintain precise documentation of negotiations, case progress, and all communications.Partner closely with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure seamless case flow.Keep consistent written and verbal communication with clients.Ensure all deadlines, tasks, and case milestones are accurate and updated.What We're Looking For6 years of Personal Injury experience, ideally in negotiation, demand writing, or case management.JD and active CA Bar license required.Proven success negotiating high-value cases ($250K policy limits).Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.What We OfferFirm-paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (after 60 days)401(k) with 3% match (after 1 year)Unlimited PTO (after 90 days)Access to an on-site gymCareer development and growth opportunitiesA collaborative, mission-driven work environmentScheduleMonday–FridayFull-time, 8-hour shift100% in-office
