Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – PT, OT, or COTA
Location: Greenbrae, CA
Pay: $60–68/hour (PT or OT) | $55–62/hour (COTA)
ALIGN Executive Search is partnering with a skilled nursing facility in Greenbrae, CA to find a dedicated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR). This is an opportunity to lead a strong therapy team and ensure delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services in a supportive environment.
Position Summary
The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee the rehab department, manage a team of therapists, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This leader will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote recovery and improve quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy, or COTA Certification
- Current state licensure in the relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance practices
- Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively
