What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Nursing / MDS Coordinator position at ALIGN Executive Search?
We are looking for a RN MDS coordinator/ADON to round out the team, this is with a 120 bed SNF. This is an excellent opportunity to level up with an award winning facility, 5 star staffing, TOP-Tier Comp package that will put the right candidate at the top of the MDS Market and in a nice newer facility. Lots of support for the the MDS.
MDS coordinator:
- Current OH RN licensing
- RAC-CT certification a plus
- 2 years previous MDS/ADON experience in a SNF
- MDS Experience in Short-term rehab setting a plus
- Team player with leadership skills / strong communication
