What You'll Do:
- Greet patients with a smile and deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls using a multi-line phone system
- Check patients in/out, schedule appointments, verify insurance, process payments and referrals
- Keep patient records and documentation accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with team members and support daily office operations
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of medical office experience
- Positive attitude, strong communication and excellent phone ettiquette
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Dependable and eager to learn new systems (experience with eCW EMR is a bonus)
