Role Description
The Dental Laboratory Technician role at Align Dental Arts is a full-time, on-site position located in Troy, MI. The role involves adhering to quality standards, collaborating with the team to meet client needs and deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results are essential. Responsibilities
- Designing crowns, bridges, nightguards, dentures, models, scanning impressions and models
- Operating and maintaining milling machine
- Operating and maintaining printing machine
- Utilize build preparation software to orient and properly support parts to be printed or milled
- Optimize print or mill settings and production workflow by working with colleagues
- Manage facility workflow to maximize resources and ensure job delivery on time, with full commitment to quality and safety.
- Proactively maintain inventory of spare parts, supplies & consumables for printing machines and mills
- Contribute to CAM projects through milling execution and test program support.
- Contact and occlusion verification on milled prosthetics

Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED or artistic ability to draw, sculpt and create
- Knowledge of CAM / Milling is a plus but not required.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior communication and listening skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and craftsmanship
Working Hours
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
Part-Time Available

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
