What are the responsibilities and job description for the SVP-Retail Branch Operations position at Align Credit Union?
Role:
Directs and monitors community development, branch and contact center operations, through subordinate managers, to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met. Monitors product delivery quality and takes action to resolve problems internally and externally.
Ensure training of all retail and contact center staff progresses and oversee advanced professional development initiatives of the organizations retail and contact center staff, while consistently reinforcing sales culture. Develop and support sales initiatives and community development among branches.
Improves and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data.
Oversees the financial performance of each branch location to ensure each branch runs efficiently and member service goals are met.
Participates in establishment of annual operational budget and monitor performance to budget throughout the year; helps in establishing annual sales goals in conjunction with marketing for deposit products and initiates actions to achieve those goals.
Low Income Designation. To increase and/or maintain the 50.1% and above so that we may achieve lifting the cap on our commercial lending.
Produce accurate monthly reports for the Board, President/CEO, Sr Team and CFO.
