What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Operations Specialist (Chiropractic Assistant) position at Align Chiropractic?
Align Chiropractic is growing, and we are looking for the right person to join our team as a Clinical Operations Specialist.
This is a hands-on, clinical role inside a fast-paced chiropractic office. You will play a key role in patient flow, supporting the doctors, and helping deliver a high-level experience to every patient who walks through our doors.
This is not a desk-only position. This role requires movement, energy, attention to detail, and the ability to operate within structured systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Driving efficient patient flow and supporting day-to-day clinical operations
• Assisting with in-office procedures, consultations, and objective progress tracking
• Taking and processing digital X-rays (certification required after hire)
• Executing systems and protocols with a high level of precision and consistency
• Maintaining an organized and efficient clinical environment
• Supporting the team in delivering a structured, high-performance patient experience
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to obtain X-ray certification (we will guide you through this process after hire)
Schedule:
Our office operates during the following hours:
• Monday: 7:00–11:30 AM & 1:30–7:30 PM
• Tuesday: 9:30 AM–4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00–11:30 AM & 1:30–7:30 PM
• Thursday: 1:00–7:30 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
This position requires availability during a mix of these hours, including evenings.
