Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Certified Applied Behavior Analyst (CCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to client care planning and strategy development
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
- Current registration as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) preferred
- Experience working with children with autism or related disorders (any relevant experience will be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
