Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients with ASD in a home-based setting
- Implement behavior plans developed by BCBAs, including data collection and recording
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to modify treatment plans as needed
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationships with clients, families, and internal teams
