What are the responsibilities and job description for the Affiliate Marketing Business Development position at AliExpress?
Responsibilities:
* Affiliate Traffic Activation: Onboard high-potential affiliates. Develop strategies and initiatives to activate and engage new and existing affiliates to optimize their performance and contribution to AliExpress’s buyer and traffic growth.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with affiliates and partners. Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate inquiries, providing support and guidance to ensure local media coverage.
* Market Research and Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends in affiliate marketing and competitor strategies. Use insights to improve program offerings and tactics.
* Develop AliExpress platform affiliate marketing strategy and planning in US, responsible aggregated GMV contribution of new and existing affiliate sites including Deals、Coupon、Cash back、Social groups、Influencer&content、Card link offers etc, to achieve user acquisition and sales goals.
Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in buyer/traffic growth in e-commerce affiliate marketing (affiliate network background preferred), with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing affiliate networks.
* Knowledge in onboarding diverse US affiliate sites, including loyalty programs, card-linked offers and publishers/ traffic/ influencers channels.
* Experience with major affiliate networks (such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, etc.), including implementing new programs and onboarding affiliates.
* Knowledge of E-commerce best practices to best serve multiple sellers and drive platform GMV.
* Written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to present ideas in a clear manner.
