This is a hybrid internship role based in Scottsdale, AZ, with opportunities for remote work. As a Talent Acquisition Manager Intern, you will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. Day-to-day tasks include creating and executing recruiting strategies, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, supporting employer branding initiatives, and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to proactively meet staffing needs. You will play a critical role in shaping the hiring efforts and fostering a dynamic talent pipeline for the organization.
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruitment processes
- Experience with Hiring and Interviewing practices
- Expertise in Employer Branding to attract and retain top talent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in both in-office and remote settings

- Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
