Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and efficient delivery of packages, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards. This role requires a valid driver’s license, experience with commercial driving, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving items. The Courier will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for prompt and dependable service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks or other delivery vehicles, including manual transmission models, to transport goods to various locations.
• Load and unload packages, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet scheduled delivery times.
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and organizing inventory using forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each route.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies throughout daily operations.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with familiarity in route driving and customer service.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks with manual transmission.
• Physical strength for heavy lifting, moving items, and loading/unloading packages safely.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Excellent driving record and knowledge of safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $22.91 - $27.59 per hour
